They are paid separately, to different accounts: you cannot pay the state fee in MOS; your voivodeship publishes the details.<\/p><p>For a typical card (work, business, studies, family, permanent residence, EU long-term resident, Karta Polaka) partial support costs <b>1500 PLN \/ netto<\/b>, full support \u2014 <b>3000 PLN \/ netto<\/b>. <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/mialegal.pl\/en\/karta-cukr\/\">CUKR card<\/a> is handled as a single package for <b>700 PLN \/ netto<\/b>, with no partial-support option. <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/mialegal.pl\/en\/zamena-prav\/\">Driving licence exchange<\/a> \u2014 also a single package for <b>1500 PLN \/ netto<\/b>. The 50% discount for the next family member and free support for children under 6 apply only to our services; they do not cancel the state fee.<\/p><p>From 27 April 2026 applications for temporary residence, permanent residence and the EU long-term resident card are accepted via <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MOS<\/a>. Karta Polaka follows a separate procedure. The maximum term is usually up to <b>three years<\/b>; an extension is again via MOS and again with fees.<\/p><p>A separate line \u2014 <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/mialegal.pl\/en\/karta-cukr\/\">CUKR<\/a>: this is also a temporary card, but a switch from UKR in the window <b>from 4 May 2026 to 4 March 2027<\/b>, our package <b>700 PLN \/ netto<\/b>. This is not citizenship and not a Polish passport, but it gives access to the open labour market.<\/p><p><a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/mialegal.pl\/en\/eu-resident-card\/\">EU long-term resident<\/a> is also indefinite, but it is <b>a different<\/b> a card (often for 5 years) and a different qualifying period: as a rule five years of lawful stay, income and insurance. CUKR usually counts towards EU-resident time, not towards Polish permanent residence.
