Filing is also through MOS, while your stay is lawful. You need documents that you intend to live in Poland.<\/p><p>Citizenship with a Karta Polaka and permanent residence is often realistic <b>after about a year<\/b> of permanent stay \u2014 not \u00abafter 3 years, like everyone\u00bb.
