Family stories are not enough \u2014 you need papers: certificates, archives, records.<\/p><p>Without direct documents on origin the path is harder: the law allows a card for active involvement in the Polish diaspora, the language and knowledge of the culture \u2014 as a rule with confirmation from a Polish organisation.<\/p><p>You file at a <b>consulate<\/b> for your place of residence abroad, or with the <b>voivode in Poland<\/b>, if you are already here lawfully.
